The school year is almost over here at Eiwa. ‘What are your plans for spring vacation?’ This question is on the board next to the English Café. At the moment, the most popular answers are ‘study’ and ‘sleep.’ Quite a few students are also planning to go on a trip with their family. I was surprised that only one student chose ‘do o-hanami’ as Japan is very famous for its cherry blossoms in spring.

Whatever the plans, I hope our students have a great spring break and I look forward to hearing about what they did when the new school year starts up again in April. Have a great spring break, everyone!
