Welcome back!
After a nice long summer vacation, and three weeks of online classes, we are all so happy to finally welcome our students back to school!
Personally, I love this season – autumn – and am happy to have some cooler temperatures at last. In addition to the weather and great food, there is so much at school to look forward to this season, what with the culture festival in November, recitation/original speech contests for all our first and second year high school students next month, school trips for both junior high and senior high girls, and Halloween decorations and events in the English café in October. Some of our plans have changed due to the coronavirus, for example the date of the cultural festival was moved from September to November, but I think we have truly done a great job in surviving, and maybe even thriving in, this pandemic. Welcome back, everyone!
